By downloading or using Kept, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

Use of the App

Kept is a personal accountability app that helps you build habits through solo and privately shared partner pacts. Shared content is stored through Apple's iCloud services and is visible to participants you invite. You may use the app for lawful, personal purposes only.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Kept offers the following auto-renewable subscription options for Kept Pro:

Kept Pro Monthly: Billed monthly. Renews automatically each month.
Kept Pro Annual: Billed annually. Renews automatically each year.

Kept Pro unlocks unlimited pacts, the human verdict inbox, full partner comparison, partner-aware widgets, and history export.

Subscription Terms

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of Kept are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content.

Disclaimer

Kept is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Kept is not a substitute for professional health, medical, or psychological advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
