CostCurve ("we", "our", or "the app") is a price-per-use tracker for iOS. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.
Data you provide: Item names, prices, purchase dates, categories, usage logs, notes, and photos you add to track your purchases. This data is stored locally on your device and synced via Apple iCloud if enabled.
Subscription data: If you subscribe to CostCurve Pro, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. We do not collect or store your payment information.
We do NOT collect: Personal identification information, email addresses, location data, contacts, browsing history, analytics, advertising identifiers, or any data for tracking purposes.
All your item data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you have iCloud enabled, your data syncs across your devices through Apple's CloudKit service. We do not operate any servers that store your data.
Apple iCloud: Used for data sync across your devices. Subject to Apple's privacy policy.
RevenueCat: Used to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and subscription status. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties. Your item tracking data never leaves your device or iCloud account.
You can delete all app data at any time by deleting the app from your device. If you use iCloud sync, you can manage your iCloud data through iOS Settings.
CostCurve is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected with an updated effective date on this page.
