Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using CostCurve ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

CostCurve is a price-per-use tracking app that helps you understand the true value of your purchases by logging usage over time. The app is available as a free version with limited features and a paid subscription (CostCurve Pro) with additional features.

Subscriptions

CostCurve Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple. If you cancel during a free trial, you retain access until the trial period ends.

Free Tier

The free version of CostCurve allows you to track up to 5 items with unlimited use logging and iCloud sync. Upgrading to CostCurve Pro removes this limit and unlocks additional features.

User Data

You are responsible for the data you enter into the app. All data is stored locally and via iCloud on your devices. We do not have access to your data and cannot recover it if lost.

Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, code, icons, and branding, is owned by CostCurve and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app.

Disclaimer of Warranties

CostCurve is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. The app is a tracking tool and does not provide financial advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CostCurve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
