How do I grant Screen Time permissions?

Open Anchor, go to Settings, and tap "Request Permission" under Screen Time. Anchor needs this to block apps on your behalf.

I can't end my session. What do I do?

If you're in a Commitment Lock session, it will end when the timer expires. For emergencies, go to Settings and use the Emergency Unlock feature (type UNLOCK to confirm). This is rate-limited to 3 uses per hour.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Anchor Pro, then tap Cancel. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of the billing period.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Anchor, go to Settings > Purchases > Restore Purchases. This will restore any previous subscriptions or lifetime purchases associated with your Apple ID.

Does Anchor collect my data?

No. All data stays on your device. Anchor does not have any servers or external data collection. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What's the difference between enforcement levels?

Free users get Nudge, Friction, and Challenge levels. Pro users also get Timed Lock, Hard Lock, and Combo Lock for stronger blocking that's harder to bypass.
