All calculation results, favorites, calculation history, and user settings are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard storage (UserDefaults).
WellCalc does NOT track your location, contacts, photos, or browsing history.
WellCalc does NOT use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
WellCalc does NOT require account creation or login.
Local Data Storage
WellCalc stores the following data locally on your device:
Calculation History: Previous calculations you have performed, stored for your convenience.
Favorites: Calculators and results you have bookmarked.
Settings & Preferences: Your preferred units, display options, and app configuration.
This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to the developer.
Calculations
All petroleum engineering calculations are performed entirely on your device. No calculation inputs, outputs, or parameters are sent to any external server.
In-App Purchases
WellCalc uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect:
Anonymous purchase and subscription status data.
No personally identifiable information is shared with RevenueCat by WellCalc.
You can clear your calculation history and favorites at any time within the app.
Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
Children's Privacy
WellCalc does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The App is designed for professional and educational use by petroleum engineers and students.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app and on this page with an updated date.
