Stillpoint: 3am Reality Check is designed to help you process late-night anxiety. Your privacy is fundamental — the app works entirely on your device.
We do not collect any personal data.
All journal entries, worry shelf items, session history, and preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple's built-in storage. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to any server.
The app offers optional voice input using Apple's on-device Speech Recognition framework. Audio is processed locally by iOS and is not recorded, stored, or transmitted by the app.
Premium subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. We receive anonymized purchase status only (whether you have an active subscription) — never your name, email, or payment details. See Apple's Privacy Policy and RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
The app does not include any analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, advertising identifiers, or third-party analytics. We do not track your usage behavior.
Your data is stored on-device and protected by your device's passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID. If you delete the app, all data is permanently removed.
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
