All your data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you have iCloud enabled, your data syncs across your Apple devices through Apple's CloudKit. We do not operate any servers.
No. CalibQR is designed to work fully offline. All features — scanning, logging, exporting — work without an internet connection. iCloud sync requires connectivity when syncing.
When you add an asset in CalibQR, a unique QR code is automatically generated. You can view it on the asset detail screen. Print it, laminate it, and stick it on your tool or instrument.
The free tier allows you to track up to 10 assets with basic calibration reminders. CalibQR Pro unlocks unlimited assets, audit binder PDF export, and priority notifications.
Open your device's Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > CalibQR Pro > Cancel. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Yes — CalibQR Pro lets you generate professional PDF audit binders that include a cover page, table of contents, and per-asset calibration reports. Share them via email, AirDrop, or any share destination.
Yes. If you restore from an iCloud backup, iTunes/Finder backup, or use iCloud sync, your CalibQR data transfers automatically to your new device.
CalibQR helps you organize and track calibration records, but it is a record-keeping tool — not a compliance certification system. You should verify that your calibration management practices meet your specific accreditation requirements independently.
